Exercise 1: AROM ankle 4 way

  • Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once a day.
  • Perform 1 repetition every 4 seconds.
  • Rest 1 minute between sets.

Exercise 2: AROM ankle alphabet

  • Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once a day.
  • Perform 1 repetition every 4 seconds.
  • Rest 1 minute between sets.

Exercise 3: AROM gait heel walk

  • Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once a day.
  • Perform 1 repetition every 4 seconds.
  • Rest 1 minute between sets.

Exercise 4: AROM gait toe walk

  • Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once a day.
  • Perform 1 repetition every 4 seconds.
  • Rest 1 minute between sets.

Exercise 5: AROM hip/knee figure eight walk

  • Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once a day.
  • Perform 1 repetition every 4 seconds.
  • Rest 1 minute between sets.
